1 Introduction and Acceptance

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A promotion applies only once per individual, household, address, or IP address.
• Bonuses may have a set claim deadline.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• ck44l reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

ck44l's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%), and Gold (up to 1.5%). Members are promoted to a higher tier based on consistent play and activity. VIP benefits may include special offers and priority support in addition to cashback.

5 Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck44l:

• Bonus abuse or attempting to fulfill bonus conditions through artificial means.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of someone else.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party.
• Any attempt to hack, crack, or make unauthorized modifications to the platform's software.

• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Any attempt at money laundering or illegal financing.

5.2 Account Suspension and Closure
